How did you launch that in your screenshot? Is it via your local keyboard, or via the icon (see arrow) in Teams message box?
Teams no longer let's me use Gifs from my android app.

When I go to use Teams from the app on my Android phone, I can't use Gifs. See photo. Thoughts?

2025-10-06T12:36:19.4733333+00:00 Thank you!! I never considered the keyword was the issue. I had to switch from the Samsung default keyboard (that had always given me GIFs) to another keyboard.

Caroline H 0 Reputation points2025-12-03T17:53:09.27+00:00 We have the same issue. I discovered that if you use the Gboard keyboard and long press the smiley icon on the keyboard, there's a GIF option that way. It doesn't seem to be available if you use the default keyboard.
