can i delete the files in my temp in C:\Windows\Temp ???

    yes you can.

    Microsoft documentation generally supports safe deletion of files in C:\Windows\Temp, with a few caveats:

    Files not in use can be deleted without issue.

    Some files may be locked by active processes—these should be skipped.

    Admin rights are often required to delete system-level temp files.
