Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Stereo is connected, but Headset Hands-free AG Audio is not?

I use an EDIFIER W600BT

Basically the EDIFIER W600BT Stereo is connected and works perfectly fine but the laptop doesn't seem to be able to connect the Hands-free AG Audio, (see the images attached below)

I've tried practically everything from factory resetting the headset, removing the device from bluetooth and then reconnecting it, uninstalling the drivers and bluetooth in device manager, to checking Handsfree Telephony (Yes, it is on)

I am aware that it could be a device hardware issue but shouldn't the factory reset already fixed that?

It seems so confusing because it literally worked fine earlier today and something seems to have happened between the 30 mins break I was having.

I am truly in desperate need of help and any would be appreciated.

    Dear Dan

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A. I'm Haien from Microsoft Q&A.

I can confirm you have done an excellent job of troubleshooting so far! The issue with the Hands-Free AG Audio showing as "Disconnected" while the Stereo profile works is a known incident related to the Bluetooth profile management in Windows 10.

Since the core headset functionality is fine, let's focus on refreshing the Windows services:

    • In the Windows Search bar, type "Services." Find the Bluetooth Support Service, right-click it, and select Restart.
    • Open Device Manager > Expand Bluetooth and "Sound, video and game controllers.> Right-click your Bluetooth adapter > Properties > Power Management tab > Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
    • Then, return back Device Manager > Expand Bluetooth and "Sound, video and game controllers.> Right-click your Bluetooth adapter > Update driver > Search automatically.
      • If no update, visit your laptop manufacturer's site for the latest Bluetooth driver—download and install

Please keep me updated with anything new that you have tried for each option.
