Hi,
While official drivers for this device may not be supported on Windows 10 or 11, some users have had success using older driver packages in compatibility mode or connecting the drive to a Windows 7 or Windows XP system, where support was more robust. If you have access to a legacy machine or virtual environment running one of these versions, it may offer a viable path to recovery.
I also recommend checking with TEAC directly or exploring trusted third-party driver archives that may still host compatible versions. If needed, we’re happy to help guide you through setting up a virtual machine or locating safe driver sources.
If my answer is useful for you, please vote for it.
Best regards,
Quinnie Quoc.
