DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthIf that doesn't help, here are your options.
Option 1:
The KB5065789 update is an optional (Preview) update that can be turned off. It's a non-security update so that you can skip it. Preview updates are similar to beta updates, as their features will be included in the upcoming month's quality update.
To turn off preview updates, click Start, Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Next to "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available", set the toggle to Off.

Option 2:
Do a repair installation to fix the CBS corruption. The error code 0x800f081f denotes missing files in the component store.
Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select "Reinstall now."
This performs a repair installation, keeping your files, apps, and settings intact.
