-If this device was already connected to this computer,
Search for "Bluetooth."
Select "Bluetooth & Other Devices Settings."
Select the headset from the list.
Click "Remove Device." Tap "Yes."

Select Device Manager
Open Device Manager
Click "View"
Check the box next to "Show hidden devices"
Expand Bluetooth
Right-click on your Bluetooth JBL speaker
Then uninstall all the drivers related to your wireless headset
Restart your computer.
