Windows 11 system requirements met, but I can't install it.

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 11 for the last few days without success. At first, PC Health Check stated "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements" while Windows update stated "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11." Following tips from Microsoft's website, I was able to get the two in sync and tried updating directly from Windows Update. It didn't work and reverted me back to Windows 10. Following additional online tips, I updated my motherboard (Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC)'s firmware. Now, Windows Update is giving me this message:

"Your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you."

Following tips from Microsoft's website again, I tried using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, but this too failed, reverting me back to Windows 10.

Is there anything else that can be done? I figured that since Windows 11 launched back in 2021, it should be fully ready by now.

Hi, good day!

Are you getting any errors after trying the Windows 11 Installation Assistant?

Few things to check on the PC

  • Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
  • Disable or uninstall any third-party Antivirus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

After that, please try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant again.
