why are both 32-bit and 64-bit bing wallpaper processes running on my machine?

    Bing Wallpaper installs multiple components, 64-bit process as the main background service that applies and updates wallpapers, while 32-bit process as a helper used for UI elements like the tray icon or compatibility with older Windows libraries. Both processes running together is normal and safe.
