My Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 adapter has been non-functional since upgrading to Windows 11. On startup, the WiFi icon appears for a few minutes but then vanishes. The adapter also disappears from Device Manager unless I am very quick to check after logging in.

Troubleshooting Performed:

  1. Installed the latest driver downloaded directly from Intel.
  2. Followed the steps in this Microsoft Answers post (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4030180/intel-(r)-wi-fi-6-ax200-160mhz-doesn-t-work) as well as several You tube videos

The adapter is listed in Hardware Properties as "Not operational" and "Disconnected."

System Info:

Adapter: Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz

OS: Windows 11

What else can I try to resolve this intermittent detection issue?

    Hello,

Most bluetooth or wifi issue can be resolved by doing a power reset.

To do so, turn off the computer, unplug the computer from the power cord, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Turn the computer back on to see if it works.

If not, Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!
