My new computer re-sizes my documents when sending to the printer. I need 100% scaling to fit the page. How do I change it?

Welcome : Here are some additional. troubleshoots to apply

    1. in the print dialog box - Locate the scaling option. When go to print. For example.

-- File or Print .. Lookup for settings like [(Scale) Page Sizing & Handling) or Zoom)] Select the

correct setting : Choose "Actual Size" or "100%" to prevent the document from being resized.

--------- Uncheck "Fit to Page" if "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" is selected, uncheck it

to stop the printer. From automatically resizing your document.

    1. in the printer properties : instead of the print dialog, you may need to go

to the printer's specific properties. Look for a button labeled > Find the

scaling option : Look for a scaling or resizing option, often on

a tab labeled "Advanced -- Page Setup or Paper/Output" .. Keep us updated

    Hello,

Printer settings would vary depending on what software you’re using to print, can you send me a screenshot or tell me what program you’re trying to print from?

Also make sure you have the correct drivers installed, if you don’t have specific drivers installed onto your computer, it will default to the generic driver which may not print accurately. Search up your printer’s brand name and model name and the word “driver”. The first few results should be the company’s page with download links for the printer’s driver software.

Please reply with more details so I can give more specific guide on how to get your printer working,

    JC
