list of assigned WORD macro keyboard shortcuts

I have created macros in my WORD NORMAL by assigning keyboard shortcuts with Ctrl, Alt etc. I gave each macro a title that describes that it does, for example, MoveCursorOneWordLeft. Unfortunately I can NOT remember which keyboard shortcut I assigned to each entitled macro! Nor did I write out a list. Can anyone tell me where that information can be found. Is it somewhere in the "Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications - Normal" or is that information listed elsewhere. That is, is there some sort of overview of which keyboard shortcuts are assigned to the various macros?

In Word, click File > Options > Customize Ribbon and then click the Customize button. Word displays the Customize Keyboard dialog box.

Under "Categories," choose "Macros." This will show all of your macros (in the Normal template). Select a macro on the far right to see its assigned keyboard shortcuts on the left.

As you can tell from the example below, I currently have two macros, none of which has a key sequence assigned to it.

First, you should be using styles for your formatting rather than macros. They can also have keyboard shortcuts.

Here is my Article on getting all the keyboard shortcuts listed:

So good to have a response. Thank you! Meantime, I'll need to go one by one. I type so well I prefer to do all my cursor movements with the keyboard rather than move my hands to the arrows, etc keys. So I have LOTS of macros for formatting and other repetitive WORD functions.

It would be great if Microsoft gave us a way to write out ALL the macro keyboard shortcuts together to save the time of writing them one at a time. Any hope for that?
