I checked my rams they're ok. I checked my ssd it's health is ok but i thinkthe techs who built my pc installed ssd to wrong slot so it runs 2x slow than normal. I removed and reinstalled drivers, no effect.
And it also happens in other os i dual booted with
and I use Windows 10

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    If the SSD is no longer being detected by the BIOS, that indicates a possible physical issue with the drive or its connection interface. While system instability can sometimes be caused by software faults, losing BIOS-level recognition shifts the focus entirely to hardware.

    Here are a few steps you can take:

    • Make sure the SSD is properly seated in the M.2 slot and that the contacts are clean and undamaged.
    • Try testing the SSD in another M.2 port or on a different system, if available.
    • Check for BIOS updates for your motherboard. Some updates improve compatibility with NVMe PCIe 4.0 drives like the Kingston FURY Renegade.
    • Use the "Kingston SSD Manager" to check the drive's status and apply any available firmware updates.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    This behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

    Please do the following:

    Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
    2. Expand Windows Logs and select System;
    3. In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
    4. In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
    5. Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    If the system is not stable enough to do this, start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.

    At the "Startup settings" step, press 5 or F5 to start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.

    I await your reply.
