No, this is completely unacceptable. We need a way to turn this off. If there are links in messages I share, I DO NOT CARE if M$ thinks ANYONE can't access them. We need a way to turn off this unnecessary distraction.
How to disable the message "Some recipients don't have access to links in your message."
We've upgraded to Microsoft 365. Whenever I send an email now I get the error that
"Some recipients don't have access to links in your message."
We do include a hyperlink to our public website in our signature and may have attached documents or links but this was never a problem in previous versions. It is an interruption to constantly have to select Ignore. The MS documentation noted the following: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/email-management/shareable-links-functionality-in-outlook?source=recommendations
Q6: Can I turn off the shareable links functionality?
A6: No.
I see many other complaints on your website. This isn't an acceptable feature. Please allow us to disable this notification.

As the official documentation says, this feature cannot be turned off. This is by design.
Considering the impact of SharePoint link sharing permissions, it is recommended that you check the sharing permissions for SharePoint links if you are using a personal account. If you're a member of an organization, it's a good idea to contact your administrator to research sharing permissions to see if the link's permissions can be modified.
In addition, there have been user feedback that turning off the MailTips below may resolve it. Go to File > Options > Mail > MailTip Options.
