Please help! My laptop started to display a light and dark color on the display and all applications. The color settings are being rejected.

Please help! On my Windows 11 laptop, the color settings suddenly turned off. The display and all applications started to appear alternately light and dark. It seems to me that the problem occurred after the last update - KB5066835.

    Hi,

    Do you have Microsoft PowerToys installed? If so, it appears there's a feature update with the app called Light Switch and some people suggested this as the one causing this problem. You can check that out and see if that helps.

    Hi! Thank you very much for the suggestion and for taking the time to share this information! I implemented what you recommended – I turned off Light Switch and things seem to be back to normal.
