Copilot won't share excel files that it creates

I was trying to use Copilot to create an excel file for me just to see how it came out, then the response says "it has created it, you can see the file below", but nothing is there.

Then it keeps saying an external link was removed to protect your privacy but it's to a file that Copilot created itself that I've asked for "I apologize for the inconvenience. Here is the Excel scheduling tool file: An external link was removed to protect your privacy."

Are there any settings I can check which might be preventing the files generated from Copilot?

    There is currently no reliable way to access Excel files generated by Copilot if the download link or card does not appear. This is a known issue; try checking for updates or use alternative tools for creating downloadable files.

    Re-run the same request but ask for the results as a *.csv
