Microsoft product registration don't recognize my serial number

Hello.

I did a clean install in my Acer ANV-15-51 laptop. I tried to register the product, but when i choose other device and enter serial or SNID, same result: It not recognize that serial. I also have an other Acer laptop and it works fine. I need to register the product to switch on bitlocker, otherwise when the system bricked i can't recover without the key.

Somebody have any idea how can i register the product?

    It is not possible to register a device on your Microsoft account using a serial number, that process only works for Microsoft manufactured devices like a Surface laptop.

    For all other devices, ensure you log into Windows with your Microsoft account, then in the settings app, go to the location settings and ensure you have Location services enabled for all apps and also the 'Find my Device' setting, then that device will be automatically added to your account online, it will not happen immediately, but it will happen.
