Was CCleaner installed previously at any time?

Is there any error message?

Have you tried downloading using a different browser?

Have you restarted the PC before trying to install?

Are you downloading ver 7 (the latest) or the previous version?

Are you downloading via the official website or the store app?

I uninstalled and installed using Microsoft Store and it worked. Thank you.

Hi Garry, if the problem remains then which version of CCleaner are you running - ver 7 is the latest.

I’d also cross post on the CCleaner forum.
