Over the past week or so I have started to see the the Onedrive blue "i" icon on my taskbar almost permanently

but when I click on the icon there is no actual notification showing (once or twice they flash up then disappear). "Your files are synced" displays

I thought it was to do with Personal Vault but that hasn't helped. In fact nothing has. There are no notifications despite the blue "i". I have tried removing and reinstalling, resetting, everything I can and still it persists. I have been using Onedrive for many many years without this behaviour. . I can see there is nothing "wrong" - all my files are safe - but it is still annoying and I am convinced there is a recently introduced change which has introduced this bug - for that is what it is I am sure - either let me see the notification (s), or don't show the "i" icon. Can someone please look into this

Thanks both - still there - and I have no idea how to shift it :( I have literally tried everything (apart from pointing a new Onedrive install at a different location which I am trying to avoid). There was another post with a similar issue so I don't think I am the only one? Hi Tim,

Other than this Microsoft info I don't

know what to tell you as I've never seen it.

See if there are notifications on the other tabs. Other than that, I have no idea.

Go into the OneDrive Settings (gear cog) > Notifications tab and see if there are any new notifications.
