newbing opened in the sidebar cannot access the pdf opened

Hi! What should I do when newbing opened in the sidebar cannot access the pdf opened neither the webpage opened when i ask it to summarise the pdf ? It worked at noon today, but not in the afternoon. It will reply with "I'm sorry, but there is no web page context provided for me to summarize. Could you please clarify what you would like me to summarize?" I confirmed that the "page context" option is open. Help, I still want to use it to read papers...

    I test with online pdf and local pdf, and I find this:

    • For online pdf, Bing chat summarizes it automatically and quickly. I open an online pdf in Edge, then open Bing chat in sidebar, you don't even have to send a command, Bing chat will summarize the pdf automatically.
    • For local pdf, Bing chat can't summarize it automatically. I need to send a command "Please summarize this PDF document in the browser window". It may fail to summarize at the first time, then I need to send the second command "Retry for this page only". Basically, it will summarize the pdf successfully after you send the second command.
