Are texts about unusual sign-in activity legitimate?

I’ve been receiving many text messages over the past few days about unusual sign in activity for my account which ends in 93. Some of these texts come from what appears to be a validated Microsoft contact, while others are random numbers. They include the link ‘aka.ms/alca’ and have only been sent to my phone number, not my email. I want to know if these are scams, or if I should be concerned about the security of my account.

In case those texts are not genuine, log into your Microsoft account on this link to check the recent activity on your Microsoft account, do you see any strange login attempts from locations you do not recognize?
