Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know if you're talking about Windows Media Player legacy or the Media Player app built in on Windows 11?

You can use the Windows default Media Player app (not the legacy version) to play and listen to all of your songs that you've downloaded to your PC. This is the latest player, featuring all the built-in capabilities you might find.

If the application does not work, try repairing or resetting it first.

    • Search for Media Player in the search bar on the taskbar.
    • Right-click the result (Media Player) > Select App settings.
    • Scroll down and select Repair.

If repairing the application did not work, try resetting the app or uninstalling/reinstalling the application from the Microsoft Store.

Let me know if you still need more help.
