Problem solved, ctrl+shift+F key was the Simplified/Traditional Chinese input switch, accidentally pressed the key combination.
The Language Pack - Simplified Chinese now become Traditional Chinese
Hi, I have two keyboard language pack installed, one is English, another one is Simplified Chinese. Recently (about one week) my Simplified Chinese starts gave me Traditional Chinse characters. I checked the keyboard setting it still shows Simplified Chinese, but the typing is traditional chinese for sure, I tried to restart, remove and reinstall the language pack, nothing works. Please help.

Thank you for posting, I am here to help. The most likely reason is that the Microsoft Pinyin keyboard's shortcut to toggle between Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
To fix this follow this steps:
In the "Language & region" settings, find "Chinese (Simplified, China)" under "Preferred languages," and click on "Language options." Next, under "Keyboards," click the three dots next to your current input method and select "Remove." After that, click "Add a keyboard" and add your preferred Simplified Chinese input method again.
