Hi Pravin Kumaran, thanks for the screenshot. First, this issue often happens when Windows retains a “ghost” entry for a previously connected USB device. Second, restart your PC to clear cached device states. Third, open Device Manager, click View > Show hidden devices, expand Universal Serial Bus controllers, and uninstall any grayed-out or duplicate entries labeled “Unknown Device.” Fourth, go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings, expand USB settings > USB selective suspend setting, and disable it. Fifth, run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter via Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Sixth, try a different USB port or cable faulty ports can trigger persistent errors. Lastly, update your chipset and USB controller drivers from your PC or motherboard manufacturer’s support page. Let us know how it goes. If this helps, feel free to mark the answer as accepted so others can find it too.

    Best,
    Carl
