Printer want print when I look it says unknown status

I been having problems with my hp Officejet Pro 9135e printing, it will either say spooling and want quit doing that or says unknown status? Can someone help

    Hi ,You will uninstall any HP application, use to uninstall it later.

    Go to the start menu > settings > Bluetooth and devices > Devices > More devices and printer settings > select hp Officejet Pro 9135e with right button Remove devices.

    Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands in sequence: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    Download HP : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9130/HPEasyStart-16.2.4-OJP9130_58_2_1857_Webpack.exe

    After restarting, download the HP autorun and start the installation.
