Then opened Microsoft Word, opened well, no problem at all. Power Point also i used, no problem...

now today now, i opened Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point , one drive, one note by all apps didn't open well, same window appeared for all apps of 365 says closed unexpectedly..

If the report offers sending to Apple it's an indication that it is an OS issue involved. Microsoft Error Reporting Program [MERP] doesn't provide that option.

Were any other changes made on the Mac, such as installing/removing other software/add-ins or use of a disk cleanup utility?

It may help to run the Apple Disk Utility First Aid routine on the startup volume, then restart the Mac.

Please try creating a new user account using System Settings>Users & Groups. Then sign into that account and see if Office programs open normally. If they do, there is a problem with the Microsoft information stored in your regular user account.

If the problem is still there, or if you don't want to switch user accounts, then try uninstalling Office using these steps: Uninstall Office for Mac Then reinstall from the Subscriptions page of your Microsoft account.
