I now have 2 one brand new Surface Arc Mouses that have turned off and will not come back on. I have change batteries and flattened them and re-arced them Nothing happens

    Is your computer's Bluetooth working with other devices?

    Try batteries from a completely different package/brand.

    Surface Arc Mice have a 1-year limited warranty. If they're relatively new, contact Microsoft Support for replacement.
