My system is duplicating every SENT email. Each time I send an email, my system duplicates it in the sent folder.

    Hi Leita,

Thanks for reaching out. The issue you're experiencing with duplicate sent emails is often related to how email clients handle IMAP accounts. Many IMAP servers automatically save a copy of sent emails, and if your email app is also set to save a copy, this can result in duplicates. Open Outlook. > Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select your email account and click Change. > Click More Settings, then go to the Sent Items tab. >Select “Do not save copies of sent items”. > Click OK, then Next, and Done.

This should stop the duplication. If you're using a different email app, let me know and I’ll guide you through the steps for that one.

I have the same problem with my Gmail. Not Comcast. What is the solution?
