How to fix extended display problem after WIndows 11 upgrade

Extended display is not working properly with Surface Pro 8 and WIndows 11.

    ok. just right-click on your desktop and choose display settings (or settings, system, display)

    You will see something like this:

    Just arrange 1 and 2 to the actual positions. Drag them. Click apply.

    Both monitors are found. The system misidentifies the location and identification of both monitors. ie small monitor is id's as the large one. The large is identified as small. The physical location is backward. The extend displays only functions if I move the elements backwards. So the monitor to my right I can only access by moving the curser on my small surface pro to the left.
