English Version

Dear Microsoft Volume Licensing Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance in restoring access to my Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) account.

In 2019, our organization — Trường Trung học Cơ sở, Trung học Phổ thông Việt Mỹ — purchased a licensed copy of Windows Server 2019. The registration email was sent to ******@gmail.com, and I received a verification link from vlsccomm@microsoft.com (as shown in the attached screenshot).

However, I can no longer access the VLSC portal using that Gmail account. The system now says:

“You can’t sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.” Since this license was purchased under our school’s name, could you please help me:

Reactivate or transfer the license access to a new Microsoft work account (if required), or

Provide the product key and official download link for Windows Server 2019.

I have attached a screenshot of the original confirmation email from 2019 for your verification.

Thank you very much for your support and guidance.

Best regards Email: ******@gmail.com

    Hi dat thanhdat,

As of recent updates, the VLSC portal now requires sign-in via a Microsoft work or school account associated with an organization’s domain.

    Here’s what you can do:

    1. Create or use an organizational account (for example, [yourname]@vietmy.edu.vn or another school domain email).
    2. Go to the VLSC Sign In page and select “Sign up” using your organization’s account.
    3. Once signed in, contact the VLSC support team directly at the VLSC Sign In page, referencing your original license confirmation and attaching the screenshot you mentioned. They can help transfer your license access to the new account or reissue your product key.

Unfortunately, product keys and download links cannot be provided directly through email support for security reasons. They must be retrieved securely through VLSC after account verification.
