As of recent updates, the VLSC portal now requires sign-in via a Microsoft work or school account associated with an organization’s domain.
Here’s what you can do:
- Create or use an organizational account (for example, [yourname]@vietmy.edu.vn or another school domain email).
- Go to the VLSC Sign In page and select “Sign up” using your organization’s account.
- Once signed in, contact the VLSC support team directly at the VLSC Sign In page, referencing your original license confirmation and attaching the screenshot you mentioned. They can help transfer your license access to the new account or reissue your product key.
Unfortunately, product keys and download links cannot be provided directly through email support for security reasons. They must be retrieved securely through VLSC after account verification.
