Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you. (I am not an AI.)

    Please clarify the following:

Does your microphone have a jack connector P2 (two black or white lines), P3 (three black or white lines), or USB connector, or is it connected via Bluetooth?

Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply.

To fix microphone issues in Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Power Supply: Ensure that any external audio peripherals are powered on and properly connected.
    2. Inspect USB Connection: Make sure the USB cable is securely connected. If necessary, reseat the cable at both ends or try replacing it if you suspect it might be faulty.
    3. Firmware Issues: If your microphone has recently been updated, it might be in an unusable state. Try resetting the device or contacting the manufacturer to ensure it has the latest firmware.
    4. Avoid USB Extenders: If you're using a USB extender, try to avoid it as it can cause issues. If necessary, ensure it meets the device requirements.
    5. Check System Settings: Go to Windows settings and ensure that your microphone is set as the default recording device and that the volume levels are appropriately adjusted.
    6. Update Drivers: Make sure your audio drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through Windows Update.

If the microphone still does not work after these steps, consider creating a support ticket for further investigation.
