This is NOT about the default reminder for tasks or calendar entries.

How do you set the default time for the Email Follow-Up Reminder?

This has been asked many times and everyone points you to the Task reminder under Outlook Options. But that does NOT control this field.

If anyone has solved this, I would love to get the answer.

    The default reminder time is based on your working hours;

    File-> Options-> Calendar-> Work TimeOptionally, you can link it to your default Task Reminder Time instead.

    Outlook allows you to set default reminders for Tasks and Calendar under File > Options > Tasks/Calendar, but currently, there is no default option for Follow-up Email Reminder.
