How do I find microsoft office on my computer?

Cannot find Office 365 & Micro Soft Teams on my computer. It has disappeared. What do I need to do to find it?

    There is no Microsoft Office utility such as there is for Windows. All Mac Office programs are individually shown in the Applications folder. You should find the Teams.app there as well.

    An Alias [shortcut icon] for each can be added to the Dock.
