I am about to subscribe MS 365, would like to add my GST in that. How to add gst number for getting gst invoice

    You can add your GST number to your Microsoft 365 billing profile before completing your subscription.

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com

    Sign in with the Microsoft account you’ll use for the subscription.

    1. Navigate to Billing > Payment & billing > Billing accounts.
    2. Under Organization profile, enter your GSTIN in the Tax ID field.
    3. Make sure your business name and address match your GST registration details, then click Save.

    Once done, your GST number will appear on your future Microsoft 365 invoices automatically.

    Please note that this process applies only to Microsoft 365 Business accounts. If you're using a personal Microsoft account (e.g., for Microsoft 365 Personal or Family), you'll need to contact Microsoft Support after purchase to request a GST-compliant invoice.
