My printer was connected to my computer, and the computer shows it is connected and working, but when I try to print anything, it tells me to check my printer. The printer prints from other devices, no problem

Thanks for reaching out. Since your printer works on other devices, the issue is likely between your computer and the printer setup. Is your printer connected by USB or Wi-Fi?

Try removing it from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, then add it again to refresh the connection. Make sure both your computer and printer are on the same network, and run the Printer troubleshooter in Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters to detect and fix issues automatically. If the problem continues, reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer’s official support page.

Had the same issue once, try removing the printer from your computer’s devices list and then add it again. Also make sure it’s set as the default printer. A quick restart of both the PC and printer usually fixes it too.
