Use the On-Screen Keyboard: Press Windows + R, type osk, and see if Print Screen works with the on-screen keys.
Update or reinstall Snipping Tool: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, find Snipping Tool, and click Repair or Reset.
May I also ask did you install anything new lately, update stuff, or change your region or keyboard settings? Sometimes that can cause these problems.
