Typically, on Lenovo and similar devices, Touchpad functionality is not managed directly through Windows. There's usually a keyboard shortcut to disable and re-enable the Touchpad, or it's done via an application provided by the manufacturer.
Look between the F1 - F12 keys for a key with a Touchpad symbol (sometimes it has a line through the symbol). If you find it, press the "Fn" key + <key with Touchpad symbol> and see if it will be disabled. To re-enable the Touchpad, press the shortcut keys again.
