I should have well over 600 streaks but it keeps reverting to 1. Also, I can't figre out which topic Rewards comes under so I'm not sure I posted this in the right place.

    Hi Cathy,

Microsoft Rewards tracks streaks based on Pacific Time (PT), not your local time. If you complete the daily set after midnight PT even if it’s still the same day for you it won’t count for that day. Also, the streak only continues if all three daily activities (poll, quiz, and search) are fully completed and properly registered. Sometimes, technical glitches or sync delays can cause the system to miss your activity, which resets the streak unexpectedly. Streak protection only helps if you miss an entire day, not if tasks are partially done or fail to register.

    What can you do is:

Double-check your activity log on the Rewards dashboard to confirm tasks are marked complete.

Try clearing your browser cache or using Microsoft Edge if tracking seems inconsistent.

If the streak matters to you, take a quick screenshot after completing tasks this helps if you need to contact support.

For assistance, you can reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support. They sometimes restore streaks if you provide details.

    Happy to help!
