New Outlook Time Zones stuck on Daylight Savings

The time zones in the New Outlook are stuck in Daylight Savings despite the clock changing back to standard time. I've already tried changing the time zone settings. I've got it set to the correct time zone (CST GMT-6). I've also added another time zone (EST -5), and both appear in the calendar an hour ahead. The Calendars in Classic Outlook and Teams do not have the issue.

I thought I have the same issue, but I think I figured it out and overlooked a column. Is this your same issue? Basically, when you have both Sunday and Monday in the same calendar view on the first day after the change of daylight time to standard time (ex: full week instead of work week view), Outlook shows both time in separate columns and you have to look at the new column to match the time zone you're look at.
