I got this email In my junk folder asking for the last four digits of my phone number or my account would be suspended and I didn’t recognize it and I sign in to my outlook at least once a month on either a laptop lot the browser on my phone. Is this a real email coming from the Microsoft team asking for my number or they will suspend my account for an unknown reason? The email used was **************@outlook.com.

This is absolutely 100% phishing scam. Don't fall for it. Anyone can sign up for an outlook.com address for free and send you an email. Official Microsoft communication comes from an address ending with microsoft.com.
