Issue with ESU for Windows 10

I am trying to install the ESU as a business user. I followed the instructions in section "Install and activate the ESU key" (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/enable-extended-security-updates), I entered the ESU key and successfully got to step 5 and received the pop-up saying "Licensed". However, when I visit the Update Center, it still says "Your version of Windows has reached the end of support. Your device is no longer receiving security updates.".

Is this normal? How should I fix it?
