Azure portal went down yesterday evening

Yeterday we have faced azure portal not loading issue and our environment went down yesterday.

Need the RCA for the issue.

    Hello Punit,

    Thank you for contacting us about the Outage.

    Several services were affected by the outage we experienced yesterday. A preliminary RCA has been provided on the Azure Status page, please review it at your earliest convenience.
    As Andreas provided the snip for reference you can find the title PIR - AFD - Connectivity issues across multiple regions.
