    Hi Shyn,

Thanks for clarification. So, if you're not receiving SMS codes from Microsoft, it may be due to repeated attempts or unusual activity that triggered a temporary block. Microsoft may stop sending codes as a security measure.

To fix this, Microsoft recommends waiting at least 24 hours without attempting another verification, as repeated requests can reset the cooldown period. After that, try signing in again using a familiar device and network. If SMS still doesn’t work, choose “Use a different verification method” during sign-in, such as email or the Microsoft Authenticator app. If none of these options are available, you can submit a support request without signing in through Microsoft Support.

I hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer".

    Regards,
    Carlo

    Hi Shyn,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand how annoying it is not getting the verification code from Roblox, especially after trying many times and confirming your account is fine and your phone service is active.

This issue might be due to how Roblox sends codes, some regions or carriers block automated messages or short codes. If your country isn’t supported or your carrier filters these messages, the code may not come through.

To fix this, double-check your phone number format (including country code), try removing any spaces or dashes, and contact your carrier to make sure Roblox messages aren’t being blocked. If possible, try verifying through email or WhatsApp instead. You can also contact Roblox Support for help.

Have you tried using a different device or network? Let me know what you've already done so I can help further.

    Regards,
    Carlo

If you are unable to receive the SMS code or phone call for authentication, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Retry Attempts: Attempt to receive the code up to five times within 5 minutes. Microsoft uses multiple providers for delivering calls and text messages, so retrying may help.
    2. Third-Party Security Apps: Check if you have any third-party security apps that might be blocking the verification code. If so, try disabling them temporarily and request another verification code.
    3. Different Verification Method: If you have more than one verification method set up, try signing in again and select a different method on the sign-in page.
    4. Check Phone Settings: Ensure that your phone is not blocking calls or messages from unknown numbers and that you have a good signal.
    5. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider opening a support case for further assistance.

If you continue to experience problems, it may be helpful to check the configuration of your account or reach out to your account administrator for additional support.
