    Hi ,

In this case, as mentioned, the Windows Start Menu customization line is different from Windows 10. For the function you want, you can install applications that change the Start Menu, such as Classic Shell, Start11, and StartMenux as alternatives.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks

In Windows 11, the Start menu has been redesigned compared to Windows 10. While you cannot directly replicate the Windows 10 behavior of showing all installed apps immediately when the Start button is pressed, you can access all installed apps by clicking on the All apps button located in the upper-right corner of the Start menu. This will display a comprehensive list of all installed applications in alphabetical order.

Additionally, you can customize the Pinned section of the Start menu to include your most frequently used apps for quicker access, but the All apps section itself cannot be customized.
