Hi ,

Here's what you do: access the link below, select Drivers, and then select Windows 11.

https://rog.asus.com/br/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z790-f-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_download/

Download the Intel Rapid Storage SATA driver > extract the Windows 11 installation USB flash drive file > boot again for installation. On the drive selection screen, select Load Drivers > select the drivers folder. Inside the extracted file, you'll see the Intel RST Driver controller.

Select it and see if the SSD appears now.

    Hi ,

Well, you can try reverting to the previous version using USB flash drive media. You would create a bootable USB drive, select the option "Repair this computer" > Advanced options > Go back to the previous version.

Do you know how to create a USB flash drive for installation?

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this KB must have been installed before, in which case you might have to do a clean install using the USB method and be offline to avoid installing the updates and getting stuck again.

    I'm sorry.

    Thanks

    Hi ,

Are you stuck on the screen where you have to select the keyboard layout?

    Or

Did you update using Windows 11 Update Assistant and it's requesting BitLocker?

I'm asking because there's a KB article that explains why the keyboard and mouse don't work on the WinRE screen:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-11-25h2#3696msgdesc

    Thanks
