Hi ,
It could be the audio driver. If possible, could you provide your motherboard model?
You can check by typing msinfo32.exe into the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here.
Thanks

I am trying to figure out how to get the missing driver Realtek-RealtekHSA.inf for my computer?

You have to install using the the OEM driver's installer exe (most often called setup.exe). If you don't use the installer, then the extension inf doesn't get installed. When the extension driver inf doesn't get intalled, the realtek audio effects apo, the realtek audio universal service and the realtek hardware support application software components don't get installed.
If you have a "skinned" version of the realtek audio console (i.e. HP computers have HP audio app or B&O audio app), then you don't have RealtekHSA.inf, you have some thing like HPaudiohsa.inf or B&Oaudiohsa.inf. Again you have to use the installer to install the HP realtek audio driver in order to get the skinned hsa inf.
This Intel DCH driver FAQ applies to Realtek DCH audio driver as well. Bad things happen when you don't use the installer.
