    Hi Glenn,
    This error often happens due to app or authentication issues. Try these steps:

    1. Update both Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Authenticator from the Play Store.
    2. Clear Outlook’s cache and data (Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage).
    3. Reinstall Outlook and restart your phone.
    4. Ensure Automatic date & time is enabled in Settings.
    5. Remove and re-add your Microsoft account if sync fails.
