2025-11-10T16:20:22.48+00:00 Hi, I already tried these things. Both the mouse and keyboard worked on a Windows 10 box. The battery is fine, and I turn on the awitch when I test to see if I fixed it. I have put the dongle in several ports.

I looked up the model and it appears that they share the same usb dongle, try swapping out the batteries on the mouse, there might also be a separate power switch on the bottom of the mouse itself check if it’s turned on. It could also be a usb port issue, try using the dongle on a different port on the computer.
Hope this helps,

- Check the USB Receiver: Ensure that the USB receiver for the mouse is securely connected to the computer. Sometimes, unplugging it and plugging it back in can help.
- Replace Batteries: If your mouse is wireless, check the batteries. Replacing them with fresh ones can resolve power issues.
- Reboot the Computer: Restarting your computer can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
- Update Drivers: Make sure that your mouse drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through Device Manager in Windows.
- Test on Another Computer: If possible, test the mouse on another computer to see if it works there. This can help determine if the issue is with the mouse or the computer.
- Check for Interference: Other wireless devices can sometimes interfere with the mouse's signal. Try moving the receiver closer to the mouse or away from other devices.
- Windows Settings: Check the mouse settings in Windows to ensure that it is recognized and configured correctly.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the mouse itself.
