I've just purchased a new printer, HP Envy 6555e for my home office. It's showing up on my computer but it's telling my "No drivers installed". Can someone please help me with that??

HP provide a full set of drivers, Firmware and associated software for your printer on this link:

If that is not successful, then open the Store app in Windows to download the HP Smart app, that should be able to find and install the correct drivers for you.

To install drivers for your HP Envy 6555e printer, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the official HP support website and search for your printer model (HP Envy 6555e). This will provide you with the latest drivers available for your printer.
    2. Download the Driver: Once you find the driver for your printer, download it to your computer. Make sure to choose the correct version based on your operating system (32-bit or 64-bit).
    3. Install the Driver: After downloading, locate the file and double-click it to start the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
    4. Connect Your Printer: Ensure your printer is connected to your computer via USB or network (Wi-Fi). If prompted during the installation, select the connection type you are using.
    5. Verify Installation: After installation, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners on your computer to check if your printer is listed and if it shows as ready to use.

If you encounter any issues, you can also check for WHQL signed drivers on the Microsoft Windows Update website or the printer manufacturer's website for additional support.
