how do I unrestrict my MS Rewards points

I still earn points on MS Rewards but unable to redeem them b/c of a hold "that I MAY be searching wrong". Nothing specific just a block on redemption which MAY or MAY not be lifted at some point. I only have one account for personal use so I fail to see why MS Rewards is flagging my account. I have contacted Support but only get an AI generated response I MAY be in violation of MS agreement.

Hello Bill. Thanks for reaching out. A Microsoft Rewards redemption hold means your account was flagged for policy violations or unusual activity, like rapid searches, VPNs, multiple accounts, or location issues. Sometimes, these happen by mistake.

    Here’s what to do:

    • Verify your Microsoft account (email and phone).
    • Avoid VPNs and automated tools. Search normally.
    • Submit a support request at rewards.bing.com/support. If you can’t access it, use another Microsoft account to reference the restricted one.
    • Explain you have one personal account, describe how you use it, and ask for a review.
    • Reviews can take days or weeks, so be patient. Most cases are fixed after verification.

If it’s an error, say so in your ticket. Only Microsoft Rewards Support can remove the hold.
