To answer your question directly: no, the free version of Microsoft Teams does not support meetings longer than 60 minutes. If your committee meetings typically last 2 hours, you would need to restart the meeting after the first hour. The good news is there’s no cooldown period, so you can immediately start a new session once the first one ends. Group meetings in the free version are limited to 60 minutes per session.
